In case you guys were not aware there are plugins much like Minecraft available for Terrraria like WorldEdit, Warp plates, etc. They haven't been updated yet for this new release but check on it periodically here:

Well, being from the MC server, I know that WorldEdit is extremely helpful and beneficial, so we could look into that.I strongly suggest that only Admin has permissions for it, possibly overseer because as you know, Darkspin, a huge amount of damage could be done should WorldEdit fall into the wrong/inexperienced hands.
Something that I wished we had on the Terraria server is something like WorldGuard, and then creations could be protected from griefers. Not sure if such a plugin exists being so new to Terraria, but it'd be awesome if there was.
EDIT: Hurr Durr I didn't realise you can already protect stuff.
