Boxxy probably hasn't been on for several months.
BeardAch is the plugin used to automatically promote players based on their played time. The plugin only promotes to Denizen if you're a Subject. If you join the server for the first time since before I set up the automatic promotions, and you have 50+ hours, this will happen.
