Mining Speed too fast?

I was mining, with vanilla minecraft, and all the sudden it says I can't mine, my speed was too fast. It said to wait a minute, and I waited 10. Afterwards, it still said that problem...

What I did, was I was using an efficiency 4, unbreaking 3 pickaxe normaly. I also had a fortune 3 efficiency 5 unbreaking 3 pickaxe for diamonds. I used Super Breaker to mine faster. After it finished, I saw diamond. I tried to mine it with my Fortune pick, but this popped up: [color=#FFD700]You have to wait about 1 minutes to break this block. Consider taking a break from mining to do something else, like building or exploring or inventing Calculus. This mining speed limit keeps out ores safe from people with no life :)[/color]

I can confirm that jojo waited 10 min, and that it gave him that error (he didn't invent calculus though).

That's our anti-xray plugin.
If you mine too much too quickly, it'll stop you from mining anymore.

The only thing that seems to be malfunctioning is the wait period. I CAN just stop it from telling you how long you need to wait.. considering it's always wrong.

Make it so for like peanut only? So those nooby xrayers give up before they get any further, but it won't bother us. Haven't you got orebfuscator as well?

I can't limit it to permission ranks.

Our CPU can't handle Orebfuscator, hence why I'm using the one we're talking about here.

Orebfuscator takes up too much resources, and we can't handle it.
And I definitely think that it should stay as blocking everyone, because some acorns/denizens etc may also have xray and use it.
