My brother was skyping with Vlper at the time, and supposedly Vlper had no problem with Ricky being unbanned, and it was Bacon who banned him. I suppose we'll have to deal with it though, seeing as how he was banned. I can't think of anyone else who'd unban him, though.

Viper has authority over Bacon... Was Bacon aware of it? I mean, Ricky was truly a dick when he was trying to get banned. I understand Bacon rebanning him; but if it was a misunderstanding, then I'm sure you can pardon him again.

My position was this;
I couldn't really remember why or how and what whatnot.. so I figured if I've forgotten, then I don't really have an issue with him coming back, personally anyway. If it were just me, I would leave him unbanned and give him another chance. After all, banning him again is easy as '/ban fuckwad' Despite having the power to override Bacon, I won't because that's just disrespectful. I don't want admins who have to ask me every step of the way if they should ban or pardon someone. Being admin for me, requires common sense and the ability to think for yourself so I respect all my admins to make their own decisions.

Ricky himself had poor judgement when he did that. Although I love him and he was very creative, poor judgement and worse actions.
