Minecraft on Mac, how an do.

I want to see Asyr when it comes out but my only form of internet is this piece of shit Mac, how exactly do I get Minecraft to work on this piece of shit?

Specifically getting the Minecraft.app file into /applications.

Yes, I did 'drag & drop' Minecraft.app into /applications but when I tried to open it all it did was flash the Minecraft logo/thumbnail thing before doing nothing.

Applications? Fook dat. Just shove it on your desktop, it can be anywhere.
The app just refers to the .minecraft folder under application support for it's data.
May want to check there to make sure your .jar and other essentials are actually there...
