alec is somewhat activeish, pablo was activish for a bit, the rest i have NEVER seen online.

Craften isn't on there?
He's more than just an admin and will remain at full status indefinitely as he deserves that respect. He will undoubtedly visit the server on occasion but he's busy and will only be even busier in the months to come.

For inactivity, staff should probably just be removed from staff completely, rather than a hierarchical demotion. Other wise of course, we could end up with a large list of players on staff whom few people know and I'd rather run a community where everyone knows each staff at least somewhat and understands their role.

I'm not sure about Pablo.. I haven't spoken to him for ages. I'd like his closer friends to please contact him and get his opinion and status. If he doesn't plan on contributing to the server any longer, than perhaps he should be removed at this time.

As a disclaimer:
If you have been removed from staff due to inactivity, it doesn't at all mean you are no longer welcome on the server, nor does it mean you cannot return to your previous status, provided you were good at your role and we're happy to welcome you back.

This is a gameserver community; not a full time commitment to a righteous cause, not a business, and not a cult.

Funny thing is not even i remember anyone called Rammondos or Rhino. You sure they were admins? Perhaps i'm just derping right now.
And i agree with your suggestions of demotion. However i also agree with vipers view of just reverting demotions to Merchant rather than their respective lower rank.
