But although stuff does still give off light (wearing a torch, lava block, glowstone), it's not like wearing a redstone torch will power everything you touch.

EDIT: I just found the name of the plugin: it's called the PartyHat plugin.
Basically, you use the command /hat while holding a specific block (transparent or not) and it appears on yer head!
