You are most likely here to apply for moderator. Please create an account on our forums, click "New Thread" in the Rank Applications section, and copy/paste the following template into the textbox that appears. Answer these questions honestly, and please respect your fellow players in the process.
Why do you want to be a moderator?
What do you think is required of a moderator?
Have you played at least 80 hours? (this is the mininum. We do not suggest applying at this time. Use the command /played in-game to check your playtime)
What do you enjoy doing on the server, and do you think this experience could be made better by becoming a moderator?
Anything we should know about? This includes skills that could benefit the server, and potential time restrictions.
Have you met and talked to at least three staffmembers? Your application relies on getting the approval of three admins, so meeting the staff could really help.
Your friend just got banned with the consent of multiple players and staffmembers. What do you do?
If you are confirmed, do you swear not to be (willingly) inactive for more than two-three months? We understand you have a life outside of Darkspin, but abandoning the server will not garner you any sympathy.

“What passes for hip cynical transcendence of sentiment is really some kind of fear of being really human, since to be really human [...] is probably to be unavoidably sentimental and naïve and goo-prone and generally pathetic.” --David Foster Wallace, Infinite Jest
