You make some very good points here, will definitely go into consideration! HAVE OPINIONS
First off, on the donation ranks. I personally think that they shouldn't be recurring. Or, at least a longer period before another payment is required. Maybe 4-5 months. As for creative in the ranks, out of the fucking question, we have a creative world for that. For the food kit, good idea, we might raise up the prices, remove some things or even downright remove the admin shop. Probably just increase buying prices and decrease sell prices. As for the idea for a donator shop, that could work. For money every day? Perhaps, but not at the level you suggest. Spawn eggs? Nope.
Second off, overall improvement.
Current Admin Shop: Increase buy prices and decrease sell prices. Sounds gud. Towns, we have them, currently thinking about warps and shet.
Thirdly, advertising.
We want to get Asyr out beforehand, but do not fear, we will advertise. Voting and Votifier, very good point, will definitely consider.
Fourth, arenas.
The Arena ideas. Definitely might consider for the Games world.
Fifth. Map resets

Mhm. We are currently on the lookout for active people to become Moderators.
Finally, marketing person.
Probably not, due to some issues that would cause.
