Hello! In order to get ranks, You need to be fulfilling the requirements! I got a few here for you, So enjoy!
1: Play in the server long enough
2: Don't grief at all
3: Be a good person
4: (Optional?) Register in the forums.
These might work but some will work.

And may I include that the Username should be AT LEAST [i]CLOSE[/i] to your IGN? We have people with nicks bordering on the line of [b]GSDhsvbgdvaGSKDF[/b].[hr]

Do moderators have less power than they do on the Minecraft server? If they're still just as powerful, you should make some sort of application for them to fill out.
