I decided I'd make a new template, since this hasn't been updated in a while.
By completing this application, you are informing the staff that you are interested in getting the position of MAYOR. After your application has been posted, you are in no way assured the position; the application is simply an expression of interest.
For your application not to be instantly denied, there are a handful of requirements that you should have/need.
[color=#FFA500][b]The minimum requirements are[/b][/color]:
- At LEAST $50,000 in-game.
- 30 hours spent in-game on the server; your playtime can be found [b][color=#FF0000]Here[/b].[/color]
- The rank of manager.
- 5 people actively living in your town.

Why do you want to become a Mayor, and what do you think it takes to be a good one?
Do you agree to continually improve/expand your town if you get this rank?
How would you deal with a situation involving a conflict between two or more players?
Will you always treat your citizens with respect? i.e Not suddenly remove them from the region for no reason.
Do you agree that if you're inactive for a substantial period of time or make no contribution to your town we have your cooperation allowing us to revoke your rank of Mayor until further notice?

If your application gets accepted, you get the following additions to your abilities in the server:
- A WorldGuard region protecting your village from those pesky griefers. You can choose who you add to the region and you can remove them when you wish as well. It will be updated as your village expands.
- A warp to your town, such as /warp mytown
- A shiny tag in front of your name.
- A marker on the Dynmap showing the location of your town.
