Look, I can't really say much that hasn't been said in every other application, I really do really want to help out the server a bit more, I mean fuck, I applied for Moderator for a reason* but now after being Moderator for quite a few months I learned there's really a limit on how I can help people. It takes quite a bit of dedication and a damn good amount of know-how about the server and what goes on during the day, a decent knowledge on how to use World Edit and a majority of their more important commands like /cake and /impregnate.

Myself? I'm still an arrogant prick on this server like I was 4 weeks ago but now I actually help people, contrary to popular belief.

Gameplay? lol, no staff actually play this game

Server? I think it's a pretty neat place, there's quite a few neat people around that are ok to converse with, though that Major guy is a huge dragon and likes ruining my fun.

I've got Christmas holidays coming up and I'm going to be spending time with my grandfather for quite a few weeks so I'll be inactive from the server for a bit.

If he were to do much more building (not that staff do that anymore)... I'd say he'd be artisan-worthy. Much more responsible and mature than he was six months ago? YES.

Is he active during most, if not all, timezones now? Actually, yes! I see him on all the time now, and all of his hours are legit. Never once has he gone AFK besides that one time in the corrupted chunk.

Does he understand WorldEdit more than [size=xx-small]Alec[/size] most players, finally? More or less. Plus, his computer's processing power is primitive, to say the least, so I think he'd actually avoid using the more powerful commands.

Saint, vat are ye doing, stawp this nonsense? I don't fucking know, I'm going to regret this later.

Just my thoughts. I hope they help you guys make your desicion.

Every new Artisan in their first 2 months or so will screw up.. like crash the server. What I need is someone who learns from their mistake... several times I've dealt with say, Feffog... he only made me even more strict.

I wouldn't say your vote is worthless, as it can help chamge the choice of admins. Which is why, even though I'm not staff anymore (though I have a bit more trust than some other players...? I dunno), I still voice my opinion. I suggest you do it more!
